Futures Risk Disclosure. Trading futures and other derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. You could lose more than your initial investment. Before trading, consider your financial situation and risk tolerance carefully, and consult the full risk disclosure before using Tick or connecting a brokerage account. CFTC Hypothetical Performance Disclosure. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading.
